Korn MTV Unplugged



A reasonable attempt from nu-metal pioneers KoRn, this is quite an interesting piece for the fans of the band, (including myself), because their songs don't belong to the classical rock pattern, nor any other melodical or mellow style. At first, it is hard to digest, but you can get used to it with a couple of listenings, because an acoustic performance its totally different from their original sound. You could consider as an experiment. Also, it's not just their basic instruments without any plugs. They have incorporated quite a range of instruments, including violin, piano, percussions, etc. and featured singer Amy Lee and the whole of The Cure. Worth checking it out, even for the metal haters! I have found a video with the airing of the acoustic concert in MTV2, so here it is, to be shared:
